What is your return policy?
We print and fulfill all of our products on demand once you place an order, for that reason, the only orders eligible for return or exchange are those that are wrong, damaged or defective. If that is the case, please let us know within 14 days after you have received your order by contacting us at info@nakedwall.ca and include a copy of your invoice as well as photos of your items. Claims deemed an error on our part will be rectified immediately and we will happily replace and resend your order at no cost to you.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that have received wrong, damaged or defective items. If any of these apply to you, please let us know within 14 days after you have received your order. Kindly contact info@nakedwall.ca and include a copy of your invoice as well as photos of your items and we’ll sort that out for you right away!
Where are returns sent?
Depending on where you are located on the globe, your return location will vary. Please contact info@nakedwall.ca before sending back any returned products. Once we get in touch with you, we will provide you with all of the return information and steps required to send your items back safely. All returns get donated to charity.
SHIPPING
What countries do you ship products to?
We offer international shipping across the world! Because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations, at the moment we don’t ship to the following countries: Cuba, Crimea, Iran, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically.
What is the shipping rate?
Shipping rates vary for each order depending on where you are located on the globe and what shipping method you check out with. Real-time shipping rates are available and displayed during your order checkout.
Why does shipping cost more for select European countries?
Shipping costs are subject to factors like deliverability and industry trade organizations. Shipping rates for destinations in mountainous or remote locations will be higher than for destinations that are easier to access. Similarly, shipping rates for countries that take part in specific industry trade organizations, like the EFTA, will also be higher.

What couriers do you ship with?
We partner with the following global carriers to give you the best shipping experience: FedEx Corporation, Latvijas Pasts, DHL, USPS and DPD Group. Depending on where you are located on the globe, we’ll work with the courier that will ship you your products the fastest.

Do you offer shipping with tracking?
Yes, all of our shipping methods have tracking!
Where can I find the tracking information for my order?
All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out. Your tracking number is generated once your order is fulfilled and being shipped out. Please keep in mind that the tracking information may not reflect any action for up to 24 hours after the label has been created. If it has been more than 24 hours since you received a shipping notification and the tracking still reflects no action or movement, please contact info@nakedwall.ca.
Can I upgrade my shipping speed after submitting an order?
Yes, you can! Please email us at info@nakedwall.ca and we will work with you to upgrade the shipping speed for you. Additional charges may apply.
Can I cancel my order after I placed it?
As sad as we’ll be, if you decide to cancel your order once you’ve placed it you’ll need to get in touch with us at info@nakedwall.ca. If it’s not too late and your order hasn’t been made yet, then we can go ahead and cancel your order.
Will I be charged for customs duties and taxes?
Shipments may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, etc. The fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. If you are charged then you are responsible to cover the additional costs. Customs policies vary widely for every country, for more information please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchase.
PACKAGING
How are your products packaged for shipment?
Our poster prints are generally shipped in kraft tube boxes with plastic end caps. Depending on your order, bubble wrap may be added for extra protection during shipment.
Are your products Eco-friendly?
We try to do our best to minimize waste in packaging and source eco-friendly packaging materials. Many of our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. Our kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content.
DELIVERY
When will I receive my order?
We print and fulfill all our orders on demand once an order is placed. It takes 2-5 business days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
North America: 2-8 days
International: 5-20 days
What if my package is lost in the mail?
If your package is lost in transit and the shipping address was 100% correct, we've got your back! We'll ship out a new order with tracking, at our expense. Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

Check your local post office to ensure your package isn’t there

Check with your concierge/reception/neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
Once you’ve done the steps above please get in touch with us at info@nakedwall.ca with a copy of your invoice or your order number, no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date and we’ll get that sorted out for you right away!
What if I received a damaged or wrong product?
We are so sorry that the product you received wasn’t in a condition ready for you to enjoy! To help us resolve this for you quickly, please contact info@nakedwall.ca within 14 days after receiving your order. Kindly provide a copy of your invoice or your order number, your contact information, as well as photos of your order and any other details you wish to add. We’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible to make things right!
